Our nails can last up to 2 weeks for a wear, but with them being made out of acrylic you are able to reuse them multiple times. The lasting time for our nails depends on your application routine as well. Every nail order comes with application and removal instructions, and you can also find these instructions on our Instagram page. Keep in mind, if you constantly have your hands in water, your nail retention time may decrease. 

Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, all sales are final. The 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply to rush orders; all rush order sales are final.

All sets are handmade and made to order. Our processing time is 1-2 weeks. Depending on the order volume, it may be sooner or later. It is my priority to get orders out as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that I only have two hands! Sizing Kits will be shipped within 2 business days. 

Every purchase comes with a mini buffer, nail file, cuticle pusher, sticky tabs and alcohol wipes. Standard nail orders come with 5 backup nails.

There are two methods to determine your nail sizes: ordering a sizing kit or measuring at home with a ruler or measuring tape. Failure to measure nails accurately may lead to inaccurate measurements.

Yes, custom orders are currently available! Explore options on the product page to place a custom order. Once you place a custom order, we will discuss the design. After this is locked down, I will send you an invoice for the nail set(s). Your order is final once the invoice is paid. 

Soak nails in warm water and oil for easy removal. Follow up by using a buffer to clear out old glue from within the nail.

Handmade ready-to-ship nails are pre-made in specific sizes and shapes, shipping within 2 business days.

Ensure the chosen set fits your desired length, shape, and size before purchase. Backup nails may or may not be included, please read specific product description.
